IMPACT co-founded Covidahmedabad.in, a real-time platform built by 50+ volunteers and used by over 30,000 users to track ICU beds, oxygen, and medical support. A 24/7 helpline was also launched to connect patients to immediate care. Additionally, virtual mental health counseling and physiotherapy-led pranayama sessions were offered during recovery.
